PCR kit «ROSSAvet BRUCELLA» is intended for detection of DNA of causative agents of brucellosis pathogens (Brucella spp.) in biological material: the contents of the abdominal cavity and stomach, placenta and fetal membranes from aborted animals, the contents of burs, hygroma, pieces of parenchymal organs (liver, spleen), paired lymph nodes, testes with appendages, food, milk, blood plasma, by the method of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in real time.
