Food industry

Food products should not contain potentially dangerous components for human life and health, in particular, genetically modified ingredients (GMOs).

Due to the special requirements for the quality of GMO products, they must be taken into account in production and trade separately from traditional ones, as well as enter the Customs Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the form of a separate category (subsubpositions), have their own standards, trade classifiers.

In connection with the above, new PCR test systems have been developed for the determination of genetically modified ingredients (GMOs) in food and food raw materials using domestic reagent kits from ROSSA.

Our activities in the food industry:

• Production of PCR test systems used in the food industry (for the detection of genetically modified organisms (GMOs) of plant origin in food, food raw materials and animal feed).
