Reagent Description

Designed to detect Chlamydia trachomatis DNA in biological material: scrapings of epithelial cells (from the urogenital tract, oropharynx, rectum, conjunctiva of the eye), the first portion of morning urine, prostate secretions, ejaculate, by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in real time.

Compatibility with various types of amplifiers: "DTprime", "Dtlight", "DT-96 (NPO DNA Technology LLC); CFX96 (Bio-Rad); qTOWER (Analytik Jena); Rotor Gene 3000, 6000 (Corbett Research) and Rotor-Gene Q (QIAGEN).
