PCR kit «ROSSAvet PARVOVIRUS» is designed to detect DNA of listeriosis pathogens (Listeria monocytogenes) in biological material: whole cord blood, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), punctates of lymph nodes, smears from the respiratory tract, smears from the conjunctiva, amniotic fluid (amniotic fluid), placenta, smears (scrapings) from the mucous membranes of the vagina, feces, blood plasma, by the method of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in real time.
