The PCR kit is designed to detect DNA of human papillomaviruses (HPV) of high carcinogenic risk types 16, 18, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 56, 58, 59, 66, 68 in biological material: scraping discharge from the mucous membranes of the urogenital tract, prostate secretion, ejaculate, the first portion of morning urine, biopsy, using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in real time.
