Food products should not contain potentially dangerous components for human life and health, in particular, genetically modified ingredients (GMOs).

Due to the special requirements for the quality of GMO products, they must be taken into account in production and trade separately from traditional ones, as well as enter the Customs Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the form of a separate category (subsubpositions), have their own standards, trade classifiers.

In connection with the above, new PCR test systems have been developed for the determination of genetically modified ingredients (GMOs) in food and food raw materials using domestic reagent kits from ROSSA.

On August 4, 2022, in the city of Chirchik, Tashkent region, in the building of the closed arena of the Chirchik Chemical Industrial Technopark, a regional intersectoral industrial fair was held, organized by the Ministry of Investments and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the Khokimiyat of the Tashkent region and the Center for Digital Transformation.
The products of the metallurgical and chemical industries, the production of building materials and agricultural machinery were presented at the fair.

More than 1200 companies took part in the fair, including 180 branch and 1000 regional production enterprises.

In order to further increase the industrial potential, stimulate the production of import-substituting products, expand localization, ROSSA presented a line of products of its own production at the last fair.
