PCR kit “ROSSAgmo HERB” is designed for the detection of genetically modified organisms (GMOs) of plant origin in foodstuffs, food raw materials and animal feed, by real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The kit of reagents allows to identify DNA sequences that are widely found in genetically modified plant lines providing resistance to herbicides, such as:
– genes for phosphinothricin and biolaphos (pat and bar);
– glyphosate gene (cp4 epsps).
