Detailed description
PCR kit “ROSSAgmo DETECT” is designed for the detection of genetically modified organisms (GMOs) of plant origin in food, food raw materials and animal feed using real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR).
The set of reagents allows to detect DNA sequences that are widely found in genetically modified plant lines, such as:
– Mosquito Mosaic Virus (P-FMV) promoter;
– cauliflower mosaic virus (P-35S) 35S sequence promoter;
– terminator of the Agrobacterium tumefaciens (T-NOS) nopaline synthetase gene.
