The kit is designed for the detection of genetically modified organisms (GMOs) of plant origin in food products, food raw materials and animal feed using real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR).
The set of reagents allows to detect DNA sequences that are widely found in genetically modified plant lines, such as:
