PCR kit designed for qualitative detection of hepatitis B virus RNA by PCR with detection of results in "real time" mode. RNA samples isolated from blood plasma serve as the material for PCR.
The newest method of diagnosing the disease, which detects the RNA of the hepatitis B virus in the blood. The method allows you to establish the latent form of hepatitis B without performing such a complex procedure as a liver biopsy.
Compatibility with various types of amplifiers: "DTprime", "Dtlight", "DT-96 (NPO DNA Technology LLC); CFX96 (Bio-Rad); qTOWER (Analytik Jena); Rotor Gene 3000, 6000 (Corbett Research) and Rotor-Gene Q (QIAGEN).
