The ROSSA company opens training courses for PCR diagnostics, where leading specialists from the Institute of Immunology and Human Genomics of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Center for the Development of Professional Qualifications of Medical Workers teach. Our center teaches and issues certificates in 3 areas: biotechnology, immunology and microbiology. We believe that an important factor in training is that half of the training consists of practical exercises that cadets conduct on the basis of one of the best diagnostic laboratories in the country.

• PCR diagnostics of diseases (10 working days, 30 academic hours) – 3,200,000 soums / person.
• Biotechnology and PCR diagnostics of diseases (19 working days, 72 academic hours – 6,800,000 soums / person.

– 10% discount – when sending for a cycle from 11 to 15 people from one organization

Program “PCR diagnostics of diseases” (30 hours)

• Laboratory diagnostics of infectious diseases: present and future. Methods for typing pathogens of topical infections in epidemiological practice.
• Realtime manager. Device programming.
• Organization of sanitary and anti-epidemic regime in laboratories. Principles of good organization of work (ISO / GLP) in the PCR laboratory. Complex equipment of PCR-laboratories for medicine.
• PCR in the diagnosis of viral hepatitis and HIV infection: diagnostics, monitoring.
• Possibilities of PCR analysis of the etiological diagnosis of acute respiratory infections.
• Qualitative and quantitative analysis. Programming, calculation and analysis of results for medicine
• Demonstration. Isolation of DNA/RNA and PCR on a panel of standard clinical samples. Working with an excretory station based on reagents with magnetic particles.
• Independent work: DNA/RNA isolation, PCR on a panel of standard clinical samples.
• Seminar. Discussion of the results of setting standard clinical samples (DNA/RNA).
• Closing session and summarizing the course. Test poll. Exam.

Program “Biotechnology and PCR diagnostics of diseases” (72 hours)

• General biotechnology. Basic concepts: biotechnology, molecular biotechnology, genetic and cell engineering.
• Basic methods of biotechnology. Fundamentals of the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method for medicine, food safety, veterinary medicine and poultry farming.
• Biomedicine and biotechnology of IVD products.
• Biotechnological productions: typical scheme and main stages of biotechnological productions.
• Laboratory diagnostics of infectious diseases: present and future. Methods for typing pathogens of topical infections in epidemiological practice.
• PCR with hybridization-fluorescence detection and real-time PCR (Real-Time PCR) for medicine, food safety, veterinary medicine and poultry.
• Methods for the preprocessing of clinical material and the isolation of nucleic acids (DNA/RNA) for medicine, food safety, veterinary medicine and poultry farming.
• Realtime manager. Device programming.
• Organization of sanitary and anti-epidemic regime in laboratories. Principles of good organization of work (ISO / GLP) in the PCR laboratory. Comprehensive PCR equipment – laboratories for medicine, food safety, veterinary medicine and poultry farming.
• PCR in the diagnosis of viral hepatitis and HIV infection: diagnostics, monitoring.
• Laboratory diagnostics and detection of pathogens in environmental objects for medicine, food safety, veterinary medicine and poultry farming.
