Reagent Description

The kit of reagents is intended for the detection of SARS-CoV-2 RNA in clinical diagnostic laboratories of medical and research institutions.

The kit has been tested in the Reference Laboratory of the Research Institute of Virology, as well as in the Service of Sanitary and Epidemiological Welfare and Public Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The test included checking the reagent kit on the SARS-CoV-2 Q Control 01 reference panel, Qnostics and the WHO control panel (2020 Proficiency Testing Program for the Detection of SARS-CoV-2 by PCR), as well as on patient samples. The kits showed high sensitivity (up to 102 cop/ml) and specificity (100%). The products received positive conclusions and were recommended for use in laboratory practice.

  • Control of the preanalytical stage – detection of human genomic DNA as a control for the sampling of biological material.
  • Compatibility with various types of amplifiers: DTprime, DTlight, DT-96 (LLC NPO DNA-Technology); CFX96 (Bio-Rad); qTOWER (Analytik Jena); Rotor-Gene Q (QIAGEN).
