Set of reagents “MagSorbNA” for the isolation of nucleic acids

Reagent Description

Set of reagents "MagSorbNA" is intended for the extraction of total RNA/DNA from biological material for subsequent study by PCR, RT-PCR, including real-time detection of results in clinical diagnostic laboratories, medical and research institutions.

The kit has been tested in the Reference Laboratory of the Research Institute of Virology, as well as in the Service of Sanitary and Epidemiological Welfare and Public Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The tests included the isolation of patient samples and subsequent amplification with various sets of reagents. The kits received positive conclusions and were recommended for use in laboratory practice.

Analyzed biomaterial: smears, scrapings and discharge of the conjunctiva, mucous membranes of the urogenital, respiratory and digestive tracts, ejaculate, prostate secretion, blood plasma, saliva, cerebrospinal fluid, pleural, synovial and amniotic fluid, bronchoalveolar lavage.
